Why do you require a rental deposit?
To hold your rental date. Once we receive your deposit, your date will be reserved for you, guaranteed.
Will you provide me with a receipt for my rental deposit?
Your credit card charge or cancelled check, legally becomes your receipt. However, we will send you a renters contract which needs to be signed and returned within 7 days of our initial receipt of deposit.
Is the rental deposit the same as the security deposit?
No. The rental deposit is required to hold your date of arrival and departure. Where the security deposit is for possible damages and wood and garbage fees.
What is the security deposit for?
In case of any damage, wood used and trash disposal fee. After you leave, an inspection will be done of the rental, any damages will be deducted from the security. The difference will be returned to you with a detailed list of the damages and costs incurred by us.
If there are no damages, your security deposit, minus any wood used and fees for trash left behind will be returned to you within ten to fifteen days after you check out.
How much do you charge for trash?
$6.00 for each 30 gallon bag.
When is full payment due?
Payment is due at least 45 days before your arrival date.
Can I pay with my credit card?
Credit cards are only accepted for the rental deposit.
Payment can be made by cash, bank check or money order.
* We do not accept personal checks for any payment except the initial deposit.
